Cushioned Comfort comes from a removable memory foam insole that absorbs shock and supports long sessions. It’s tapered to add heel height and mirror traditional dance shoes.

Fluid spins, happy knees

I used to dance with regular sneakers but my 40+ years-old knees started complaining so I ordered a pair of Pulse sneakers and my knees are happy :) Spins feels fluid and the shoes are comfortable and light. I like that the sole is quite thick, it absorbs shocks really well (like when tapping "punta", I don't feel it in my knees any more like I used to)
I'm usually a size 7.5 (US) or 38 (EUR) so, after reading the reviews and size chart, I ordered size 7 and they fit almost perfectly. Maybe a tad too big but better that way than too small, and it leaves room for my feet to expand when it's hot, a size smaller would've been to tight. Love them!

I feel like these are good shoes but most of the padding is in the actual removable insert. I have to take my insert out to put my arch supports in and there’s not enough sole for good Cush on impact because it’s all in the shoe insert. I can feel the difference when I’m using other shoes that have more sole. Put more cushion on in the actual sole is my opinion. Otherwise it’s a pretty good shoe.

I like these shoes a lot, the insole is cushy and they shipped very quickly. The only thing I would comment on is that the turn circles on the ball and heel are slightly smaller than on Fuegos, but that doesn't seem to make a huge difference in the smoothness of the turns

If I’m honest I thought these types of shoe were a scam… but they have actually made a difference. Compared with other street dance shoes like Nikes they stick way less, and the wider fit of these shoes seem ideal for me which was something I was very concerned about.
I used to get an achey knee after a night of dancing, these have literally saved me that and I wish I’d have gotten them sooner. They are expensive, but if you can afford them I’d say they were worth it

Never knew I could do that with "sneakers". I tried "dance shoes" that have little to no arches. Didn't work. Your shoes do. One suggestion. I orderd Nov 14 2024 but didn't get them until February. I realize shoes are populare and shippments may be slow - just send an update so you Customer doesn't feel forgotten & doesn't have to keep checking in with Customer Service (yes, I did use the status check, but that only provided a generic answer). Otherwise, I'll be referring my fellow dancers to you!

Lived through boots (good support but no flexibility, and painful ankles by the end of the night) and through jazz type dance shoes (horrible support, whole foot hurts by the end). Now I have Pulse and I can't live without them! Follow the instructions: it will take a few dances to really break them in, but once that's done, it's like dancing on air!

What is risk free shopping?

How long does shipping take?
Processed in 1 to 2 business days and delivered by standard shipping in 5 to 10 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs for every country are set out in our shipping policy.
What if I get the wrong size?
Exchange it. You have 30 days to swap for another size or return it for a full refund. Order your normal sneaker size, and if you are between sizes the size guide lists the foot length for every size. Shoes must be returned undamaged and in new, resellable condition.
Are the sneakers waterproof or stain resistant?
They are water resistant and stain resistant, not waterproof. The upper sheds a splash and wipes clean, so light rain on the way in is fine and a spilled drink is not a disaster. Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and warm water. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Are the shoes true to size?
Yes, our shoes are true to size. Order your normal sneaker size. If you are between sizes, the size chart on every product page and the size guide will confirm it.
How do I clean my new sneakers?
Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and warm water. For tougher marks, a small amount of mild soap does the job. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Do your sneakers fit wide feet?
Our standard styles come in a men's and women's regular width. For genuine width, Flow 2 Wide is a true 2E fit with added volume around the toe box, so it has more room across the ball of the foot and toes, on a dance-engineered SPYNFLEX® sole with a 10 mm drop. Order your normal sneaker size in either.
How do I clean my soles?
Scrub the sole with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or an old toothbrush, then wipe it dry. That lifts most floor marks. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives, which dull the polyurethane and wear the texture off the sole.
What dance styles are these shoes for?
All of them. The sole turns on the spot and grips when you plant, which is what line dancing, shuffling, salsa, bachata, west coast swing, zouk, kizomba and hip hop each ask for. They work indoors on sprung or vinyl floors and outdoors on concrete.
