Returns and exchanges

Free shipping* on orders over NZD $135: processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually with you in 5 to 10 business days by standard shipping, with express available at checkout. Returns and exchanges within 30 days, unworn and tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface, with a subsidised return label for USD $15.

Try your shoes on indoors on a clean, soft surface. Shoes worn for dancing cannot be returned as new, but a suspected manufacturing fault is always assessed under warranty.
